Sur le versant thérapeutique radiologique, Pimenta et al. viennent de démontrer la supériorité à court et moyen terme de la « préservation » sur la rupture capsulaire, cette dernière étant enseignée par certains de nos maîtres, lors des procédures de capsulo-distension (2).
